How do you handle product ideation if we only have a rough idea?

Do you conduct user research and usability testing?

How do you manage scope and budget on product development engagements?

We use milestone-based project plans with clearly defined scope and pricing. Our proposals clearly identify what is included in the budget and flag items that fall outside of it. When scope changes arise — as they often do in product work — we use a transparent change order process. You are never surprised by an invoice.

What happens after the product launches?

We offer structured post-launch support including ongoing performance analysis, user behavior review, and customer survey synthesis.
