Here’s how it works:
For all non-employees of First Factory whose referral candidate is hired into a full-time position, the referrer will receive a job referral payout of $2,000 (or another designated amount for specially advertised positions) after the candidate is hired by First Factory and successfully completes a three-month probationary period.

Job referral eligibility

Not a current employee

The candidate can't already be on the First Factory team.

Hired into a posted full-time role

The position must be listed on a First Factory site or social channel, a third-party job board (LinkedIn, Acción Trabajo Costa Rica), or a local publication.

New to our pipeline

Incentives only apply to new applicants — anyone already in our applicant-tracking database doesn't qualify.

One referral per hire

The first person to refer a candidate gets the payout. Email time and date stamp decides who's first.
