First Factory architected and deployed BessWave Lite using low-code automations, AWS Bedrock (Claude Sonnet 4.6), GraphRAG, and enterprise system connectors to deliver a multi-channel conversational intelligence layer.
The result
Deployed BessWave Lite to production in 4 to 6 weeks, at 70 to 80% less than the cost of a full platform build. Powered by Anthropic Claude (Sonnet 4.6 via AWS Bedrock), the solution answers natural language questions over operational data (including inventory, vehicle sales, IT assets and support tickets), classifies data automatically during ingestion, and generates data narratives and insights. GraphRAG schema linking works with Zapier and Make.com automations to deliver responses directly in Microsoft Teams, Slack and a standalone web UI.
