First Factory has provided comprehensive software development services to CloudPay, acting as Technical Lead for a Scrum team of 8 members. Our responsibilities have included managing the development team, guiding both the team and clients, mediating between product owners and the development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements, and developing both backend (Java with Spring) and front end (Vue.js) tickets. We also executed rigorous code reviews to maintain high-quality code. Furthermore, we developed microservices for dynamic queries on MongoDB databases and version control for Report Center metadata, alongside minor UI improvements. We also worked on LPI definitions for new countries, developed a tool to manage LPI definitions via a new UI, and created dynamic REST API Endpoints for complex validations of LPI files.
